We keep the data we store to what the app and your account need.
What we store
- Your name, email address and sign-in method, so you can sign in to the app and the account pages.
- Your plan, licenses and the computers that hold offline access, so the app can unlock the right features.
- Bounce reports you ask the app to send, so we can email them to you.
- Diagnostics you choose to upload from the app when you contact support.
What we never see
Your Pro Tools sessions and the audio you bounce stay on your computer. The app talks to Pro Tools locally and only sends the server what the features above need.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
Transactional emails (sign-in, receipts, bounce reports) are sent with Resend. If you request closed beta access, we only email you about the beta unless you opt in to more.
Your choices
You can change your details and delete your account from the account pages at any time. Questions go to team@fastbounce.app.
